Top 10 Indoor Sports to Play at Home

Stuck at home without much to do? Don’t let the stress and monotony get the better of you. While the times are stressful, you can do a lot to stay active and happy at home instead of letting yourself sulk into the distress of the current situation.

A lot of us are even worried about missing our workout sessions, sports classes, etc and even though it may sound counterintuitive, there's a lot of sports and activities that can be done indoors. The best thing to do right now is to keep yourself busy and active to stay cheerful and look after your body at the same time. While it's normal to start binge-watching shows or sit glued to your laptop during times like this, we strongly recommend you move around a bit more, play a few sports and you're bound to feel a lot better physically and mentally.

In the modern era of technology, it is important to calm the mind. The beauty of activities like yoga is that you can do it anywhere to reap the benefits, that too without equipment. Whatever your age or fitness, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.

9.  Dance 

Dedicate a half-hour in the evening to just put on some music and Dance. Usually, when we stay home all day, evenings can get pretty restless. If you use this time to energize yourself and also spend some energy, you'll feel better mentally and also get good sleep at night.

10.  Darts
